About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembly & Integration Technician to join a company that develops and manufactures satellite communication terminals.

This is a key hands-on integration role, working with complex systems that combine hardware and software. The position is part of the Operations and Production team and involves close collaboration with R&D, Engineering, and Project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate complex electro-mechanical systems

• Work with assemblies combining hardware, software, and communication components

• Perform wiring, soldering, and precision assembly

• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide real-time solutions

• Work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Operations teams

• Support system testing, trials, and validation processes

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly and system integration

• Hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, and precision assembly

• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings

• Good technical English

• Strong hands-on approach and ability to work independently

• Experience working with complex systems – an advantage
