Electro-Optical System Engineer

THE ROLE

We are seeking a System Engineer to lead the architecture and system-level development of a complex multidisciplinary platform. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on systems engineering, from requirements definition through integration and validation. You will play a central role in shaping system design and ensuring successful delivery across all subsystems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead system-level design and architecture of a complex multidisciplinary platform.

• Write system specifications, derive subsystem requirements, define interfaces, and create integration plans.

• Manage integration and assembly processes across diverse subsystems.

• Work closely with suppliers and customers in Israel and internationally.

• Lead technical reviews and represent the system engineering function in cross-functional meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory

• Academic degree in Engineering or Physics from a recognized university.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Engineer in a multidisciplinary environment.

• High-level proficiency in English — speaking, reading, and writing.

• Proven experience in development and integration of complex systems.
