Electronics Team Leader / Hardware Team Leader

A leading technology company is looking for an experienced Electronics Team Leader to lead a team of hardware engineers and take a key role in the development of advanced multidisciplinary systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and professionally manage a team of Electronics/Hardware Engineers.

• Design and develop advanced electronic boards and hardware systems.

• Define and lead system architecture and hardware solutions.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and serve as a key professional authority within the organization.

• Lead development activities from requirements and design through integration, testing, and transfer to production.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Mechanical, Software, Electro-Optics, Manufacturing, and Quality.

• Drive technical problem-solving and design decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

• Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and budget objectives.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering – required.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in hardware development – required.

• Proven experience in electronic board design and development – required.

• Experience managing or professionally leading hardware/electronics engineers – required.

• Hands-on experience with electronic design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or similar.

• Experience developing complex multidisciplinary systems – an advantage.

• Experience in the defense industry – significant advantage.

• Strong system-level understanding and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
