Electronics Technician

Located in the Northern region, operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week (flexible hours, up to 2 days WFH for remote commuters).

Role Description-

• Serving as an Electronics & Debug Engineer / Practical Electronics Engineer, taking hands-on responsibility for board-level and system-level testing, diagnostic procedures, and failure analysis of high-precision motion control hardware.

• Performing in-depth electronic debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis down to the discrete component level (Component-Level Troubleshooting).

• Executing comprehensive functional, electrical, and integration tests on complex analog, digital, and power electronics boards and multi-axis motion controllers.

• Working closely with production lines, HW design engineers, and QA squads to document anomalies, optimize test procedures, and improve product yield and reliability.

• Utilizing specialized lab test instruments to validate board performance against rigorous industrial and semiconductor standards.

Requirements-

• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Electronics / Electrical Engineering – Mandatory

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Electronic Testing, System Debugging, and Board Bring-Up – Mandatory

• Proven expertise and deep proficiency in Component-Level Troubleshooting on complex PCBs – Mandatory

• Hands-on proficiency with electronic lab test equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Logic Analyzers, Power Supplies, Signal Generators) – Mandatory

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (written and verbal) – Mandatory

• Good working proficiency in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory

• Background in Motion Control, Power Electronics, Industrial Automation, or Semiconductor Equipment – Advantage
