About the Role

The position combines team leadership, project management, design, development, testing, verification and maintenance of hardware for user interfaces, digital signal processing and displays – for existing and future generation products of the company.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of Embedded hardware development engineers - approximately 10 employees.

• Design and development of high-quality hardware for advanced microcontrollers, including multi-core systems.

• Multidisciplinary development including:

• user interfaces

• communication protocols

• control loops (feedback loops)

• digital signal analysis

•

• Working with advanced laboratory equipment, such as:

• oscilloscope

• signal generator

• protocol analyzer

• logic analyzer

• and more

•

• Dynamic, diverse and challenging environment with a fast pace of work.

• Close collaboration with other team members, including hardware engineers, project leaders and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Software/Computer Science Engineering - Required.

Required Skills

• At least 10 years of experience in Embedded software development - Required

• At least 3 years of experience in leading a hardware development team - Required

• High level of English proficiency - Reading, writing and speaking - Required

• Analytical thinking and high technical understanding - Required
