The company creates mission-critical, multidisciplinary hardware-software solutions combining smart sensors, intelligent control platforms, and industrial IoT devices deployed across thousands of facilities worldwide.
Located in the Central region (walking distance from the light-rail station).
Role Description-
• Leading and managing the Hardware & Embedded Engineering Group, taking complete End-to-End ownership over product lifecycles from architecture and design to mass manufacturing.
• Managing a multidisciplinary engineering team of 3–5 Hardware and Embedded Engineers, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and project governance.
• Defining system-level and board-level hardware architectures for mission-critical, safety-oriented platforms.
• Driving New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, overseeing production handover, and managing relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and manufacturing lines.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Systems, Software, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional reliability and regulatory compliance.
Requirements-
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field – Mandatory
• 10 years of hands-on experience in Hardware Board Design and/or Embedded Systems Development – Mandatory
• Proven managerial experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects – Mandatory
• Strong system-level thinking with proven capabilities in hardware architecture design – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on background guiding products from concept definition through design, validation, and mass production – Mandatory
• Practical experience managing NPI processes, production transfer, external vendors, and assembly/manufacturing subcontractors – Mandatory
• Strong leadership, cross-functional communication, and project execution skills – Mandatory
• Practical background in Embedded Software / Firmware development (C/C++) – Significant Advantage
• Experience with Industrial products, Safety-Critical systems, or Industrial IoT (IIoT) – Significant Advantage
