Embedded Software Engineer

Position Overview-

• Embedded Real-Time Software Engineer joining an elite, close-knit R&D team and reporting directly to the Software Team Leader.

• Designing, developing, and optimizing high-reliability Embedded C++ applications running on localized IoT controller units and smart sensor hubs.

• Writing clean, high-performance code on top of Embedded Linux operating systems, handling low-level drivers, peripheral communication protocols, and system integration.

• Owning features end-to-end, from physical hardware bring-up and driver integration through to high-level application logic.

• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Climate-Tech, Smart Resource Management, IoT Edge Devices, Real-Time Embedded Systems, Embedded Linux, C/C++ Development, Hardware-Software Integration, Low-Power Controllers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven professional experience dedicated to C and/or C++ software engineering – Mandatory

• Hands-on engineering experience developing software on top of Linux environments – Mandatory

• Solid technical background in Real-Time Embedded (RT-Embedded) systems – Mandatory

• Deep understanding of multi-threaded programming, memory management, and hardware interfaces (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO) – Mandatory

• Prior experience with wireless communication protocols (e.g., LoRa, Cellular, BLE) or low-power IoT architectures – Advantage

• Self-motivated, independent, and highly capable of taking ownership of complex components from concept to physical testing – Mandatory
