Embedded Software - Team Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Software Team Lead to drive our development efforts from the trenches. You will lead a team of talented engineers, combining strong technical leadership with deep hands-on involvement. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of complex embedded software, while mentoring team members and ensuring high code quality. This is a "player-coach" role for someone who loves to solve hard technical problems and thrives on developing people.

Requirements: • 8+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems and C/C++ development • Proven leadership experience: at least 2-3 years leading a small to medium-sized engineering team (technical mentorship and people management) • Deep technical expertise in: • Embedded Linux/RTOS environments • Real-time signal processing and memory management • Developing for heterogeneous architectures (CPU, GPU, MCU) • Familiarity with software architecture principles and Git-based development workflows • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and product needs • Mindset: "Startup-ready"—flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Advantage: Experience in the automotive industry (ASPICE, AUTOSAR, ISO 26262) or AI-acceleration software
