Endpoint Infrastructure Team Lead

We are hiring an Endpoint Infrastructure Team Lead for a well-known healthcare organization in central Israel, responsible for managing an Endpoint infrastructure team and overseeing enterprise-wide support, software and security updates, mobile solutions, and Tier 3 troubleshooting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of 7–8 System Administrators specializing in Endpoint infrastructure

• Oversee enterprise-wide Endpoint support, including software and security updates and complex troubleshooting

• Manage organizational mobile solutions and Microsoft Intune environments

• Support and maintain Windows Endpoint environments and service workstations across the organization

• Provide Tier 3 support while analyzing issues across Endpoint, Server, Network, and Information Security environments

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Infrastructure / System environments – mandatory

• Previous experience managing a technology team or significant technical leadership experience – mandatory

• Proven experience managing Windows Endpoint environments – mandatory

• Broad understanding of the integration between Endpoint, Server, Network, and Information Security environments

• Experience working with SCCM and/or Intune
