A leading infrastructure organization is seeking an Energy Manager to establish and lead its group-wide energy strategy.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior professional with deep expertise in the energy sector to drive innovation, identify business opportunities, lead complex projects, and shape the future of energy management across a large-scale operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead the organization's energy strategy and roadmap.
• Serve as the company's energy subject matter expert and knowledge center.
• Identify and evaluate innovative solutions in energy production, storage, electrification, and operational resilience.
• Lead complex energy projects from concept through execution.
• Analyze energy assets, consumption patterns, infrastructure, and market opportunities to improve efficiency and create business value.
• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging technologies in Israel and globally.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
• Build relationships with regulators, utilities, technology providers, and industry partners.
• Lead and mentor project management resources within the energy domain.
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex projects in energy, infrastructure, renewable energy, or electric transportation.
• Strong knowledge of electricity markets, regulation, grid connections, energy storage, and renewable energy solutions.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and utility companies.
• Proven ability to build financial models and long-term strategic plans.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• International business experience is an advantage.
