Engineering Manager - Brand Advertising

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join ManiFesto , our brand advertising unit. ManiFesto delivers cutting-edge performance-focused media solutions for leading global brands, while shaping the future of media-buying technology. Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.

Requirements: • Significant experience managing +5 engineers while staying hands on, close to tech and coding. • Deep expertise in Java , React/Angular , and large-scale, real-time systems. • Proven track record of leading or working closely with Data teams to move ML/DL models into production. • Production-level experience with agentic coding tools, MCPs, AI adoption and governance processes. • Lead the roadmap and deliver even with zero documentation, building your own vision on top of existing infrastructures. • Work closely with operative stakeholders to align R&D with business needs. • Proven track record of change management including AI initiatives, process building, and business to dev pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving skills and passion to learn and share knowledge. • Highly effective and delivery oriented, thrive in a high-paced and multi-changes environment. It can be a great plus if you have: • Experience in the online marketing / AdTech space • Experience with auction base systems (e.g. Programmatic marketing, trading, Investment)
