About the Role You are the technical owner of our most strategic and enterprise accounts post-sale. Part solutions architect, part relationship lead - you design and implement the integrations, automations, and AI-driven workflows that make Atera the backbone of complex, global IT environments. You bridge business requirements and technical reality, and you own the outcome. What You'll Do • Lead end-to-end project lifecycles - from architecture workshops to deployment - ensuring a white-glove customer experience • Design and implement complex integrations using REST APIs and webhooks with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Okta, and Azure • Build AI-driven automation workflows that reduce manual overhead and optimize IT operations at scale • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all parties, including C-level and VP-level stakeholders • Produce clear architectural diagrams, technical guides, and API documentation • Travel internationally up to 25% and domestically up to 15% for on-site engagements

Requirements: What You Bring • 5+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Implementation at a global B2B SaaS company • Proven experience working with upper mid-market and enterprise customers - a must • Significant hands-on AI experience - whether from an AI-native product company or advanced internal AI implementation - a must • Deep expertise in REST API integration patterns and data mapping across enterprise systems • High proficiency in PowerShell and Python for automation and system administration • Native Hebrew and near-native English - both required; US and European market experience is the focus • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex accounts simultaneously • A natural in the room - confident, credible, and business-oriented with C-level stakeholders • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally Why Join Atera • Autonomy: We hire experts and empower them.
