Environmental Compliance Manager

AudioCodes is seeking an experienced Environmental Compliance Manager to lead the company’s environmental compliance, sustainability, and ESG activities.

Requirements: • • 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability, ESG, product environmental regulations, or a related compliance role. Must •  Quality /Component/Electronic Engineer an advantage. • Auditor qualification or practical experience conducting ISO 14001 audits. Auditor qualification and/or experience conducting ISO 9001 audits is an advantage. • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards is required. Familiarity with ISO 45001 is an advantage. • Proven experience serving as the primary focal point for all environmental compliance, ESG, customer sustainability requests, and global product environmental regulatory matters within a multinational organization. • Knowledge of international environmental regulations and product compliance requirements, including REACH, RoHS, WEEE, Batteries Regulation, Packaging EPR, SCIP, POPs, Conflict Minerals, and related environmental legislation. Must • Experience managing environmental compliance programs for products sold in global markets, particularly Europe, North America, and Asia is an advantage • Hands-on experience with ESG reporting, sustainability questionnaires, customer compliance requests, EcoVadis assessments, CDP reporting, and supply chain sustainability initiatives. an advantage • Familiarity with greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions reporting methodologies and sustainability performance metrics.
