About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist / Safety Officer (ממונה/ת בטיחות) to join our EHS domain. This is a hands-on field role that includes a company car (כולל רכב) and requires mobility across company facilities and operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Leadership & Culture: Lead safety across facilities and sites, ensuring statutory compliance, implementing standards and procedures, and promoting a proactive safety culture.

• On-Site Guidance & Support: Provide continuous professional guidance, mentoring, and instruction to work teams to guarantee a safe and healthy environment.

• Safety Management System: Implement and maintain the Safety Management System according to law, standards, and company procedures.

• Risk & Hazard Management: Identify and prevent risks, conduct risk surveys, and manage follow-up action plans.

• Training & Implementation: Deliver EHS training and enforce safety procedures and guidelines on-site.

• Incident Investigation: Lead safety incident and accident investigations, defining root causes and corrective measures.

• Regulatory Reporting: Ensure full compliance with EHS regulations and handle statutory reporting.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer (ממונה בטיחות) in construction and/or industrial sectors

• Sector Training: Construction sector safety training (השתלמות ענפית בבנייה) (Advantage).
