Job Description

As an Equity Plans Administration Student, you'll support various equity-related administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to follow structured processes. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Assist in building and formatting files related to equity award activity, following established templates and processes

• Assist in preparing recurring payroll-related reports across jurisdictions, ensuring accurate formatting and alignment with templates

• Support tracking and reconciliation tasks related to the employee stock purchase plan

• Organize equity-related documentation, maintain file structures, and support recurring reconciliation cycles

• Pull, format, and sanity-check Excel-based data sets as needed for reporting and reconciliation tasks

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a B.A. in Economics (specializing in Information Systems) — in first or second year

• Advanced Excel proficiency — comfortable with formulas, lookups (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH), pivot tables, and large dataset handling

• Basic capital markets knowledge — understanding of equity instruments, market mechanics, and financial terminology

• Data accuracy and reconciliation skills — ability to cross-reference datasets, identify discrepancies, and follow structured mapping logic

• Nativ Level Hebrew and English — for internal communication and documentation

• Attention to detail, discretion, and trustworthiness in handling confidential data

• Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support data processing, formatting, and productivity in day-to-day tasks
