ERP Systems Implementer

A large technology and defense organization is looking for an ERP Systems Implementer / Systems Analyst to support and implement business processes across complex enterprise information systems.

The organization operates large-scale, mission-critical technology environments and relies on integrated ERP platforms and interfaces between multiple information systems. This is a hands-on systems role focused on process implementation, system customization, requirements analysis, integrations, and technical specifications.

The role includes implementing ERP processes, supporting integration between modules and external systems, adapting product processes to business requirements with minimal customization, and providing professional guidance to implementation and front-line teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement business processes within the ERP system and related interfaces.

• Support integration between different ERP modules and external information systems.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Adapt existing product processes to organizational needs while minimizing unnecessary system changes.

• Write technical specifications for implementation of customer requirements.

• Perform system customization according to approved requirements.

• Execute unit testing for integrated processes and interfaces.

• Support implementation and troubleshooting of cross-system processes.

• Transfer knowledge and provide professional guidance to implementers and front-line departments.

• Work closely with users, implementation teams, IT, and additional organizational stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant education in the field, such as an academic degree, practical engineering diploma, or professional course – must.

• Experience in Systems Analysis and/or SAP implementation – must.

• Experience working with ERP systems – must.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English – significant advantage.
