About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic executive to lead the company's Strategy and Israel activities, with overall responsibility for shaping, implementing, and continuously evolving the company's corporate strategy.
The role includes leading the annual development and refresh of the company's strategy, coordinating its formulation and approval by the Board of Directors, and translating strategic priorities into long-term organizational plans and execution.
The position also carries broad responsibility for the company's engagement with the Israeli defense establishment, including the various branches of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and relevant departments within the Ministry of Defense.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead the development, implementation, and annual refresh of the company's corporate strategy.
• Coordinate the formulation and approval of the company's strategy by the Board of Directors.
• Define multi-year policies and strategic work plans for the company's engagement with the Israeli defense establishment.
• Lead cross-organizational coordination with the Ministry of Defense and the various IDF branches, supporting the implementation of strategic plans across business units and divisions.
• Lead the company's Israel Marketing Desk and its engagement with the broader defense establishment, including domestic and international business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior technical and operational decision-makers within the Ministry of Defense and IDF.
• Identify strategic opportunities and translate defense-sector needs into business and organizational priorities.
• Lead strategic staff work, long-term planning processes, performance measurement, and progress evaluation across a large and complex organization.

What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements
• Israeli citizenship.
• Academic degree from a recognized institution.
• Relevant Master's degree – an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
• At least 7 years of experience in strategic policy development, strategic analysis, and/or long-term planning within a large organization, preferably in the context of the defense industry and/or engagement with the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
Professional Qualifications
• Strong understanding of corporate and organizational strategy development processes and their implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, its various departments, and the different branches of the IDF, including key leadership and senior technical and operational functions.
• In-depth understanding of the ways in which the Ministry of Defense and IDF engage and work with the defense industries.
• Familiarity with the IDF's multi-year strategic planning framework and annual budget processes.
• Strong understanding of the organization's areas of activity and the defense markets in which it operates in Israel and internationally.
• Knowledge of military force-building strategies and experience analyzing operational concepts and doctrines.
• Proven experience leading strategic staff processes and developing long-term plans, including performance measurement and progress evaluation, within large organizations.

Additional Information
• The position requires meeting the security clearance requirements applicable to the role.
• Employment will be under a personal employment agreement in accordance with the applicable terms and regulations for senior executives.
• The term of appointment for senior executives is five years, with the possibility of extension in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational needs.
• The appointment process will be conducted in accordance with applicable Israeli law and regulations.
• Candidates may be required to undergo interviews, assessments, background checks, and a security clearance process.
