We are building a multidisciplinary warehouse automation platform that bridges backend systems, real-time fleet operations for tiny robots, embedded behavior, advanced algorithms, and high-performance execution. We are a lean, fast-moving startup team where ownership isn't just a buzzword—it's a requirement. We need someone who can look at the big picture, move across layers, and bring strong engineering judgment to the table.

What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For:

Deep Backend Expertise: 8+ years of proven experience building robust backend services using C# / .NET Core, Java, or Python.

System Architecture & Data: 5+ years of experience managing SQL (a must), transactions, Redis, messaging systems, and runtime state. You should naturally think in terms of scalability, concurrency, and failure cases.

Engineering Rigor: A strong TDD mindset is required. You don't just write code; you write the tests that prove it works under pressure.

Full-Stack Troubleshooting: The ability to hunt down complex issues across code, databases, background jobs, logs, and third-party integrations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with algorithms, embedded systems, operations, and product teams.
