Experienced Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead organizational and technology projects end-to-end, including process improvement, system implementation, and initiatives across Data and AI.

Reporting to the COO, this role is responsible for both the pace and the direction of projects: understanding organizational needs and challenges, defining goals and desired outcomes, building work plans, connecting stakeholders, driving decisions and execution, removing roadblocks, and ensuring projects reach actual adoption and measurable results.

This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports, suited for someone with strong drive, ownership, and determination to lead organizational change.

Working Approach

• High level of autonomy: working independently with senior leadership and proactively raising flags when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, including experience leading internal organizational projects involving systems or business tools

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with internal teams and stakeholders, including the ability to drive processes and influence without direct managerial authority

• Experience leading change and implementation initiatives through to actual adoption, sustained use, and measurable impact — not just launching a tool, but ensuring it delivers results

• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements that technical teams (Data, Development, Builders) can execute, and bridge the gap between marketing/advertising and technology

• Strong written communication skills in Hebrew and English, including status updates, specifications, and vendor guidelines
