Experienced System Engineer

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to join a significant technological project at a leading defense company.

This is an opportunity to take part in the development of advanced UAV systems that combine complex software and hardware, from solution definition and requirements writing through integrations, testing, and delivery to the customer.

What will you do?

🔹 Develop software-intensive and hardware-intensive UAV systems, from concept and solution definition to design requirements, integrations, testing, and customer delivery

🔹 Lead complex system integrations involving multiple products, payloads, and additional system components

🔹 Define requirements for the various system components and write specification and design documents

🔹 Lead development and integration processes with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including airborne software, command and control software, simulators, software testing, electronics, and more

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering - Advantage

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Engineer for multidisciplinary systems combining software and hardware

• Experience in engineering development, such as electrical design, software, or flight control

• Familiarity with tools such as Python / MATLAB and communication protocols

• Experience in aviation or autonomous vehicle domains - Advantage

• Military background in UAV units or organizations, including operational, technical, or engineering roles - Advantage

• High-level English proficiency
