Social Digital & Operations Lead

We are looking for a Social Digital & Operations Lead to oversee digital assets, social platform infrastructure, and IT/remote workflows, while leading a small, high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of up to 4 employees.

• Digital Asset & Security Management: Oversee and maintain all brand digital assets, platform permissions, access controls, and security protocols across social channels.

• IT & Remote Infrastructure: Administer remote access systems (RDP, VPN, secure connections, and internal server management).

• Process Optimization: Design and implement structured workflows to ensure maximum security, long-term ownership, and control over all digital assets.

• Troubleshooting & Innovation: Solve complex technical issues and stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven Social Operations Experience: Track record of managing brand/business accounts across major social media platforms.

• Security & Governance: Strong understanding of digital asset security, user permissions, and access control.

• Technical Hands-on Experience: Practical experience managing RDP, VPNs, and remote infrastructure.

• Financial Tools: Familiarity with diverse digital payment methods and platforms.

• Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
