In March 2024, we launched Sojo Shield, our custom Dock-to-Dock, Blockchain-enabled track and trace platform, providing real-time traceability and FDA-compliant reporting across the supply chain.

We are aggressively expanding and seeking dedicated, innovative individuals to join our team at the forefront of industrial automation.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain automated test suites for functional testing of our internal tools and services- the planning, scheduling, and logistics apps our operators and planners rely on daily (UI, API, and end-to-end).

• Own data QA automation across our Snowflake warehouse and pipelines: validate production-case vs. revenue-case logic, SOP records, changeover rules, machine data (Raven) ingestion, and NetSuite Assembly Build data. Catch bad data before it reaches a planner's screen.

• Develop automated evaluation frameworks for VICTORIA™ and our AI features: test LLM outputs for accuracy, consistency, regression, and hallucination- especially where the assistant answers operational questions or drives scheduling decisions that affect real production.

• Integrate quality gates into CI/CD so tests run automatically on every change.

• Write reusable frameworks and tooling, not one-off scripts.

• Partner with engineering, data, and operations teams to build testability in from the start.

What We're Looking For

• Strong programming skills (Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript)- you write clean, maintainable production-quality code.

• Test automation framework experience (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, pytest, etc.).

• API and backend service testing experience.

• Strong SQL and data QA experience- validating warehouse data, ETL/pipeline integrity, and cross-source consistency (Snowflake, dbt, or Great Expectations a plus).

• Familiarity with AI/ML testing: eval frameworks, LLM output validation, and testing non-deterministic systems.

• Comfort with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, etc.) and version control.

Nice to Have

• Experience building eval pipelines for LLM-based products.

• Manufacturing, supply chain, or co-packing domain exposure.

• Experience testing systems where data errors carry real operational and financial cost.
