Team Lead Python | AI & OSINT Startup

We're looking for a Team Lead to join a fast-growing technology startup and take a key role in shaping the product, architecture, and engineering direction of the company.

This position combines technical leadership, hands-on development, close collaboration with Product, and ownership of core engineering processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers

• Stay hands-on with development and code reviews

• Own technical design, architecture, and development roadmap

• Build and improve complex data pipelines and backend services

• Work closely with Product on planning and execution

• Collaborate with customers on technical discussions when needed

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on Python development experience

• Proven experience with OSINT or web scraping - mandatory

• Previous Team Lead experience or leadership experience

• Strong backend development skills

• Experience with AI development tools, Agentic workflows, or Claude- advantage

• Strong system design and architectural thinking

• Ability to quickly understand and work with existing codebases

• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau - advantage

• Startup mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• Excellent English communication skills
