SAP PM Consultant (531544)

A leading organization is seeking a Full-time SAP PM Consultant to join its professional SAP team.

This key role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver effective maintenance management processes. The position requires end-to-end responsibility for system configuration, process optimization, user support, testing, and participation in strategic SAP projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions, adherence to project timelines, and continuous improvement of maintenance operations.

Location: Haifa (Excellent accessibility, near a train station).

Placement: Immediate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Consulting: Analyzing business processes, gathering user requirements, and translating them into tailored technological solutions.

• Specification & Design: Writing detailed functional and technical specifications (High & Detailed Level).

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Working in close collaboration with cross-functional SAP teams (Development, Interfaces, Portal, etc.).

• System Analysis: Leading complex system analysis and configuration processes within an Enterprise environment.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an SAP Consultant/Implementer within the PM (Plant Maintenance) module –A Must.

• Proven hands-on experience in ABAP code reading and Debugging –A Must.

• Proven experience in system analysis and writing both technical and functional specifications.

• Energetic, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player, with the ability to work under tight schedules.

Advantages:

• Familiarity or prior experience with large-scale national/governmental projects.

• Experience with additional modules: CO, DMS.

• Knowledge and experience with technologies: SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, Python.

• Previous experience working in large organizations and complex environments.
