Software Team Lead

We are looking for a highly technical Backend Engineering Team Lead to guide a talented squad in designing, architecting, and deploying resilient, high-scale data solutions for a world-class SaaS product. In this role, you will shape the infrastructure of a global platform impacting millions of users daily.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Roadmap & Execution: Take ownership of the technical backlog, steer critical architectural milestones, and ensure secure, high-quality feature deployment.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Align closely with specialized units (including Data Science and Security research groups) to deliver solutions that match enterprise business needs.

• Team Growth & Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning, providing engineering team members with clear personal development and mentorship pathways.

• Scalability & Standards: Establish advanced methodologies to guarantee peak performance, fault tolerance, and data governance across our infrastructure.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, featuring at least 2+ years of formal leadership or team management in production.

• Distributed Computing Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience with high-scale engines (such as Spark, Flink, or Beam).

• Cloud Topologies: Strong proficiency operating within modern cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Polyglot Mindset: Mastery of at least one core language used in backend engineering (Python, Java, Go, or Scala).

Advantages

• Ecosystem Tooling: Familiarity with modern pipelines, message queues, and orchestrators (Kafka, Airflow, CI/CD, MLOps frameworks).
