Senior Operations Manager

About the Role This cross-functional role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the company's business operations, internal processes , procurement and a sample of finance related tasks, compliance certification, technology stack and IT. Working closely with company leadership, you will optimize business processes, leverage AI and automation, and enable teams across the organization to operate efficiently and scale effectively, reporting to the CFO.

Cytactic is defining a new category in cybersecurity - Cyber Incident Response Management (CIRM). As AI-driven attacks accelerate to machine speed, most organizations still lack the tools to manage incidents end-to-end. Cytactic's agentic platform enables real-time, cross-functional response at machine speed - bringing together the people, processes, and data needed to contain and manage cyber incidents effectively, from preparation through resolution.

Responsibilities

Business Operations • Own and optimize the company's Sales Operations and Marketing Operations infrastructure.

• Manage and improve CRM processes, reporting, dashboards, and data quality.

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to optimize operational workflows, automation, and business performance.

• Drive operational insights through reporting and KPI dashboards.

Tech Stack • Own the company's business systems and technology stack.

• Working closely with the Engineering, product and Customer success teams, to evaluate, implement, and optimize SaaS applications, AI tools, automations, and system integrations.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI across the organization to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Projects • Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, including support RFP response processes,due diligence, security related etc.

• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

Must Have • 3+ years of experience in operations.

• Experience in a high-growth dynamic technology startup.

• Experience leading compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).

• Hands on approach and a holistic perspective managing cross-functional operational processes.

• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot) and business systems, AI tools, and operational technology stacks.Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills, including sensitivity to quality deliver

• Tech savvy experience, primarily advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, AI applications and native skills/prompt writing.

• Premium service awareness and people person.

• High ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
