Mertens Malam Team is hiring an IT Technician to join the IT team of a large defense organization in Yehud

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional technology environment provide hands on support to users across the organization and take responsibility for maintaining a wide range of IT equipment and systems

Responsibilities

Provide on site technical support to organization users

Maintain and support computer equipment across the organization

Support Windows operating systems and manage Domain environments

Troubleshoot network hardware and software issues

Install endpoint equipment and configure network settings

Work with Active Directory and Exchange

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous experience as a PC Technician in an organizational environment

Experience installing endpoint equipment configuring networks and handling computer hardware

Strong experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems

Experience working with Active Directory and Exchange

Willingness to undergo a security clearance process

This is a full time position from Sunday to Thursday with excellent conditions for suitable candidates
