C# Software Engineer

Real Time Group Ltd. is looking for an experienced C# Software Engineer.

The position involves developing advanced backend software, integrating software with hardware components, and working with multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex technological systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop backend software in C# using .NET Framework and .NET 6 or later.

• Design, develop, and maintain simulator and system-support tools.

• Work with hardware components, controllers, electronic cards, and hardware interfaces.

• Implement and support standard communication protocols, including UDP and TCP/IP.

• Perform hardware-software integration and multidisciplinary system integration.

• Support existing systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve system performance.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through integration and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands on software development experience.

• Proven hands-on experience developing software in C#.

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles.

• Experience with serial and network communication.

• Experience working with hardware interfaces and standard communication protocols.

• Experience with at least one configuration and source-control tool, such as Git, TFS, or ClearCase.

• Full professional proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and system-level problem-solving skills.

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Exact Sciences, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing military or defense-related systems.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
