Senior Buyer

At Maytronics, the Senior Buyer plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the procurement process to ensure seamless supply chain operations. This position involves strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost-effective purchasing strategies. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet company objectives. • Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements. • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. • Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly. • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels. • Analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. • Proven experience in negotiating and managing supplier contracts. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
