About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and operationally strong Recruitment Operations, Projects & Sourcing Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role combines strategic sourcing, team management, cross-functional HR projects, and recruitment analytics to optimize our hiring

ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Employer Branding: Lead talent sourcing strategies, manage employer branding projects (campaigns, career sites, job fairs), and leverage diverse hiring channels (social media, employee referrals, academic institutions).

• Vendor & Channel Management: Establish partnerships and negotiate contracts with staffing agencies, NGOs, and external vendors.

• Recruitment Operations: Manage and mentor the National Telephonic Screening Center. Lead large-scale TA projects, optimize workflows, and implement recruitment systems (ATS).

• Data & Analytics: Full ownership of recruitment dashboards, funnels, and data integrity. Generate comprehensive reports, monthly/quarterly summaries, and present ongoing insights to executive leadership (VPs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree – Must.

• 2+ years of experience managing complex, multi-interface projects – Must.

• Proven team management experience – Must.

• Strong data analysis skills (generating reports, monitoring dashboards) – Must.

• Familiarity with the recruitment landscape (agencies, job boards, social media sourcing) – Strong advantage.

• High operational orientation and process-driven mindset.
