We are hiring a Mid / Senior C++ Embedded Software Developer to join a leading defense company in the Hadera & North area!

If you are passionate about complex, multidisciplinary systems, advanced software architectures, and working on distributed real-time environments – this is the place for you.

What Are We Looking For?

• At least 3–4 years of experience in C++ development (C++11/14/17) within a Real-Time Embedded environment – Must.

• Deep proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Multi-threading.

• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering OR Practical Engineer degree / equivalent military/professional experience (open to candidates without a degree!).

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and ALM tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

Great Advantages:

• Experience working on Linux or VxWorks platforms.

• Familiarity with communication protocols and interfaces (TCP, UDP, Serial).

• Hands-on experience with complex multi-platform integrations.

📍 Location: Hadera (with willingness to travel to offices in the North – Shuttle/Transport service provided).
