• Direct a team and own the strategic roadmap for our AI applications

• .Mentor and coach your team, driving every individual toward professional and technical excellence

• .Build platforms that consolidate complex data to help analysts make critical, real-world decisions

• .Partner with AI Data Science and Product teams to deliver sophisticated investigative tools

• .Ensure high-quality standards for software that directly impact global safety and investigative outcomes

• .Lead new projects from scratch while managing and improving our existing, large-scale systems

• ).Experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems using technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or simila

• r.Experience with both relational (preferably PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (such as: MongoDB

• ).Experience with building products integrating AI/ML engines and agentic workflows (hands-on experience - an advantage

• ).Proven experience owning high-velocity production, building resilient systems that ship fast while maintaining absolute stabilit
