Material Project Manager

We are looking for

For our Karmiel site, we are looking for a Material Project Manager (MPM) in the Supply Chain department. In this role, you will take full ownership of planning and logistics processes during serial production, lead cross-functional interfaces, and drive operational KPIs — all while making a meaningful impact within a defense organization, in an advanced and challenging professional environment. In this role you will

Control and manage order launches (customer orders) from receipt through activation in the MRP system

Manage and monitor customer forecasts

Execute material launches and procurement control in line with program or project requirements and targets

Track material convergence from purchase requisition through full receipt into inventory

Collaborate on a daily basis with multiple interfaces including Engineering, Quality, Program or Project Management, Procurement, Operations, and Warehousing

Drive achievement of project success metrics such as OTD, inventory turns, and cost reduction

Requirements

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or in B.A Economics

Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or in a supply chain role

High proficiency in Excel

Knowledge of BI tools and ERP systems with strong data analysis capabilities

Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks simultaneously across numerous interfaces

Excellent interpersonal skills, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset

Drive for excellence and ability to work independently
