Backend Developer (C# / C++)

A leading defense company in Ashdod is looking for a talented Backend Developer to join a team working on complex, high-impact software systems in a challenging technological environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# (.NET Framework) or C++

• Work with existing legacy codebases and continuously improve them

• Develop new features and capabilities

• Integrate with external systems and collaborate with customers locally and globally

• Work in a multi-threaded environment with diverse communication protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent – mandatory

• 2–4 years of experience in Backend development using C# or C++

• Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.8 (for C# roles)

• Experience with Multithreading

• Experience working with communication protocols: TCP / UDP, REST, WebSocket

• Ability to quickly understand and work with complex legacy systems

• Strong independence, ownership, and self-learning capabilities
