Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing data team. This role is focused on developing high-quality dashboards, reports, and data solutions that support business decisions across multiple functions. The ideal candidate is hands-on with SQL, experienced in BI tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards, customized reports, and scorecards based on business requirements

• Build compelling narratives, product features, and actionable insights using data

• Manage ad hoc analytic requests in an accurate and efficient manner

• Review and optimize SQL queries, and investigate database performance issues

• Work with large-scale data architecture and apply multidimensional data modeling techniques (e.g. star schema, snowflake, slowly changing dimensions)

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Operations teams to translate business needs into data solutions

• Utilize data visualization best practices and ensure consistency in reporting

• Work with our data tech stack, including SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, and Tableau

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, working with BI and data analytics

• Strong command of SQL databases and data architecture

• Proven experience in data modeling and designing scalable BI solutions

• Experience with at least one major BI/reporting application (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)

• Ability to lead communication across teams and foster cross-functional partnerships

• Fast learner, able to quickly understand new systems, requirements, and technologies

• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills, a team player, self-motivated, and results-driven

• Understanding of best practices, development guidelines, and performance standards
