About The Role

As Controller, you'll own the financial close, reporting infrastructure, and internal controls for a global, multi-entity AI company. You'll be the financial backbone of the business — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity as we scale. You'll work directly with the VP Finance and partner tightly with legal, operations, and GTM teams.

About The Role

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities and currencies

• Own consolidated financial reporting (US GAAP) and manage audits end-to-end

• Oversee global accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury operations

• Lead revenue recognition under ASC 606 for complex SaaS and platform deals

• Manage and scale a lean, high-output accounting team across time zones

• Support fundraising, M&A diligence, and board-level financial reporting as needed

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager role at a high-growth tech company

• Deep experience with multi-entity consolidations and multi-currency environments

• Strong command of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition

• Experience managing audits with Big 4 or top-tier regional firms

• Hands-on with ERP; comfortable with HRIS

• Thrives in ambiguity and builds processes while keeping up with pace of change

• Startup or scaleup background strongly preferred
