PLANNING MANAGER – DATA CENTERS

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and permitting process for complex Data Center projects, from project initiation through design completion and design support during construction

• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and consultants

• Work closely with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and stakeholders in Israel and abroad

• Identify and manage design-related risks while providing professional solutions throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure design quality meets client requirements and the company's high standards

• Collaborate as part of a leading team of Data Center Planning Managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture – Required

• At least 3 years of proven experience in design management within engineering firms or architectural offices – Required

• Experience managing the design of complex projects such as Data Centers, hospitals, clean rooms, mission-critical facilities, or other highly serviced buildings requiring continuous operation – Significant advantage

• Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading) – Advantage

• Proven ability to lead complex processes and multidisciplinary teams with a systems-thinking approach

• Strong decision-making skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation

• High motivation, curiosity, and a desire to develop professionally in the Data Center industry

• The position is based at our headquarters in Bnei Brak, conveniently located approximately a 7-minute walk from Ben Gurion Light Rail Station.
