Full Stack Developer (AI Lab)

A leading technology company is expanding its AI Innovation Lab and is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a team building a brand-new enterprise platform from the ground up. This is a highly impactful role in a fast-paced environment, where engineers take ownership of architecture, drive technical initiatives, and leverage AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end features across backend and frontend using Java 21, Spring Boot, Angular (Signals), and TypeScript.

• Build scalable, secure, multi-tenant applications while ensuring high performance and code quality.

• Work daily with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, while reviewing and validating AI-generated code before production.

• Design and implement REST APIs, contribute to database design using PostgreSQL and Flyway, and participate in system architecture and technical design discussions.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, while contributing to Docker, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps development workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience developing backend applications with Java and Spring Boot, alongside frontend development using Angular and TypeScript.

• Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot as part of the daily development workflow.

• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, transactions, authentication, REST APIs, and experience working with Flyway.

• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Pull Requests, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong debugging, code review, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to validate AI-generated code through testing rather than relying on it blindly.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Azure services, including Container Apps, Entra ID, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Bicep, and Azure Pipelines.

• Experience developing enterprise SaaS or multi-tenant applications.

• Familiarity with LLMs, AI-assisted development, or AI integrations.

• Fluent English.
