We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Procurement Manager to lead the company’s end-to-end procurement strategy for a leading organization that develops and manufactures advanced electronic systems and power supply solutions for defense industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the company’s global procurement strategy.

Manage and mentor international procurement teams across multiple regions.

Establish and implement standardized procurement processes and best practices.

Oversee global supplier management, including sourcing, qualification, and performance evaluation.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

Ensure availability of critical components in compliance with stringent military standards and regulations.

Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and supply continuity.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in electronics procurement, including power supply components.

Proven experience managing global procurement activities and leading international teams.

Strong background working with defense industries and military standards.

Deep technical understanding, including the ability to read drawings, specifications, and BOMs.

Hands-on experience in supplier qualification and supplier quality management.

High proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Priority – advantage).

Fluent English (spoken and written).

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence remote, global teams.

Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical mindset.

Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

High integrity and ability to operate under strict security and compliance standards.
