Manufacturing Project Manager

We are hiring a Manufacturing Project Manager for a global company located in northern Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead RMA and repair operations across manufacturing sites and global partners

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams

• Manage repair processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead operational performance, capacity planning, and inventory management

• Ensure quality, delivery, and operational efficiency targets are achieved

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience managing Production Projects, Supply Chain, or RMA operations

• Experience with Reverse Logistics processes and repair management

• Experience working with suppliers, manufacturing sites, and global stakeholders

• High level of English

• Experience with OEM Servers, PCBA, or SMT – advantage
