SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR

ISRAEL - up to 165.000 ILS

OFFERING:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, with a strong focus on clienteling, CRM, client book management, and after-sales service.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clients, driving loyalty and repeat business.

• Support daily boutique operations, including visual merchandising, stockroom activities, cash desk, and ensuring the highest brand standards at all times.

• Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and staying up to date with new collections and launches.

• Contribute proactively to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets while fostering a collaborative team environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, preferably within footwear, ready-to-wear, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong clienteling skills with a proven ability to build and retain a high-value client portfolio.

• Passion for fashion, sneakers, and contemporary luxury.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, energetic, and autonomous approach.

• Fluent English is required; Hebrew is highly desirable.
