About The Role

As Aidoc rapidly expands with more clinical algorithms and deeper integration into hospital workflows, our ability to deliver at scale, with ease, and tailored to specific customer needs is critical to our mission.

To support this momentum, Aidoc’s product team is looking for a Product Manager for our Configuration and Serviceability Platform. This role is central to our ability to securely manage users, access, and configurations across our entire ecosystem of internal and customer-facing tools.

As the Product Manager for the Admin Portal, you will own the product vision and roadmap to transform fragmented, manual processes into scalable, automated workflows. Your core challenge will be consolidating internal operational requirements with high-standard B2B enterprise needs for hospital IT administrators, ensuring efficient and seamless self-service capabilities.

You will lead a dedicated engineering squad and work closely with cross-functional R&D teams, security, and peer product managers to ensure smooth platform alignment. Because your development squad is embedded within your internal user base, you will leverage an immediate feedback loop to drive rapid product iterations and clear prioritization.

This is a technical product role for someone who wants to design and scale the foundational management capabilities of a global medical AI platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the Roadmap: Define the product strategy, prioritize the backlog, and execute the lifecycle of the Admin Portal from ideation to launch.

• Bridge Internal & External Needs: Synthesize feedback from Aidoc’s internal operational teams and external enterprise clients into a unified, high-standard product experience.

• Drive Automation & Scale: Identify manual workflows and configuration bottlenecks across the company and design elegant, automated product solutions to eliminate them.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other product lines, engineering leads, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure the Admin Portal seamlessly supports the scale of Aidoc’s expanding platform.

• Lead an Engineering Squad: Partner daily with a dedicated team of developers to deliver high-impact features in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience AND a strong technical/ delivery background (e.g., Software Engineer, DevOps, Solutions Engineer, Technical Delivery/Implementation, or equivalent) with a strong drive to transition into Product.

• Proven experience in building automated workflows, simplifying configurations, or managing system scale.

• Tech-savvy, highly analytical, data-driven, and self-motivated

• Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally and align multiple stakeholders.

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English - must.
