Senior Program Manager - Supply Chain Transformation

Opyflow is leading a complex supply chain operating-model transformation in the medical device industry, covering planning processes, S&OP, NPI, and program governance. We are looking for an experienced supply chain professional to lead this program end to end — the roadmap, the operating model design, the executive relationships, and the outcome.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Twelve months from now, success looks like this: a redesigned supply chain operating model is live — a working S&OP cadence, clear governance and decision rights, redesigned planning and fulfillment processes, and teams who follow the new ways of working. You will have earned the trust of senior stakeholders and become the person they call when something structural needs to change.

The role requires deep, practical supply chain experience: managing an S&OP cycle month after month, carrying accountability for service, inventory, and supplier performance, resolving supply disruptions under pressure, and introducing new products into stable serial production. Your authority in this program comes from having done this work yourself.

The role is based in the Haifa area and is primarily on-site.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the transformation program end to end — roadmap, workplan, milestones, budget tracking, risks, and executive reporting.

• Design the future supply chain operating model: governance forums, decision rights, escalation paths, and performance management.

• Redesign core supply chain processes — demand and supply planning, S&OP, NPI, order-to-delivery, and inventory management.

• Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational change: stakeholder mapping, communication, training, and adoption.

• Manage senior stakeholders, from operations to executive level, and align parties around shared goals.

• Surface issues early, quantify trade-offs, and drive decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in global supply chain roles — demand and supply planning, S&OP execution, sourcing and supplier management, manufacturing or logistics operations.

• Direct operational ownership: you have carried operational KPIs (service level, OTIF, inventory, supplier performance), owned an S&OP cycle or supplier portfolio, and worked directly with plants, warehouses, or suppliers.

• Proven experience driving significant cross-functional change from within operations — rebuilding a planning process, restructuring a supplier base, or establishing an effective S&OP cadence.

• Experience in NPI — transitioning new products from development into stable supply.

• Experience in the medical device industry or another regulated manufacturing environment, including working within quality-system constraints.

• Strong executive communication: running steering committees, writing decision-ready summaries, and presenting to senior leadership.

• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English; based within commuting distance of the Haifa area.

ADVANTAGES

• Experience leading a formal, end-to-end supply chain transformation program (operating model, S&OP implementation, or major process redesign).

• Familiarity with planning and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9) at the program-leadership level.

• Formal program or change management credentials (PMP, MSP, Prosci or similar).
