Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on Production Quality Control professional to take ownership of quality inspection activities across suppliers and production lines within our quality team.

This role combines supplier quality, incoming inspection, in-process and final inspections, and requires broad quality expertise. The position involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including periodic travel to suppliers in Israel and abroad.

What You Will Do

• Perform quality inspections across the full production lifecycle, including incoming, source (at supplier sites), in-process, and final inspections through shipment release.

• Conduct supplier quality audits and assessments.

• Work with manufacturing and suppliers in aerospace and defense production environments.

• Apply quality standards, procedures, and sampling plans to determine product acceptance or rejection.

• Review quantities, determine sample sizes, and make quality decisions using established inspection methodologies.

• Prepare clear, professional-quality reports and inspection documentation.

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders: suppliers, production, engineering, and quality.

• Travel to suppliers in Israel and abroad as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control roles.

• Experience in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing environments – a strong advantage.

• Proven experience conducting quality inspections across production and suppliers.

• Familiarity with the AS9100 quality standard.

• Knowledge of quality procedures, inspection methodologies, and sampling plans.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• High level of English proficiency (experience working globally).
