About the role

As a Senior System Analyst, you will lead end-to-end system analysis and functional design for complex financial systems

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system analysis and functional design for complex financial systems

• Analyze financial and accounting processes, regulatory requirements, and business workflows.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical solutions

• Assess impacts, identify risks and gaps, and support strategic decision making.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and external Vendors

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a System Analyst in large-scale organizations.

• Proven experience leading complex end-to-end analysis and system design.

• Strong background in financial services, including banking, lending, credit, or insurance.

• Deep understanding of financial and accounting

• processes.CPA qualification is a strong advantage, or significant professional experience in accounting and finance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
