Configuration Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Execute the technical implementation of in-game events, promotions, and content

releases in the live game environment, based on plans provided by the

Product/Production/Development teams

Work with administrative tools and perform data editing within internal systems

Proactively identify and flag discrepancies, issues, or inconsistencies against the plans

received – while the role is execution-focused, it requires critical thinking and the ability

to raise flags to the appropriate team

Comfortable using AI tools to speed up data editing, QA checks, and discrepancy

summaries

As a configuration manager, you must be details oriented and flexible with working

hours as events occur throughout the day.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, functions, working with data tables)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail – critical in an environment

with multiple systems and parallel tasks

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Sharp, curious mindset – initiative and critical thinking beyond pure technical

execution

• Flexibility with working hours
