Audio Lab Specialist

Kardome builds AI voice interface that works reliably in real, messy acoustic environments. We're looking for an Audio Lab Specialist to own our hands-on audio testing — recording, benchmarking, and verifying performance in the lab — and report findings clearly to R&D.

Responsibilities

•    Run audio recordings across varied real-world acoustic scenarios (noise, reverb, in-car, multiple speakers).

•    Benchmark algorithms and voice performance across different devices and builds.

•    Verify and regression-test Kardome's audio libraries in the lab.

•    Own results end-to-end: document findings, log defects, and write clear reports for R&D.

•    Maintain lab equipment and build up a reference library of test recordings.

Qualifications

•    Highly responsible and self-driven — comfortable owning tasks with minimal supervision.

•    Meticulous and organized; documents work clearly enough for others to reproduce it.

•    Hands-on and comfortable with audio/recording equipment.

•    Strong written reporting skills.

•    Technical background (electronics/communications) or equivalent hands-on experience.
