Manual QA Engineer

A leading medical device company in Central Israel is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join its innovative team.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in testing activities across multiple projects on the Robotix Mentor platform.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to implement testing strategies and maintain high-quality standards.

• Execute complex test scenarios for multidisciplinary products involving hardware, software, and algorithms.

• Write and execute detailed test plans covering software requirements and system integration.

• Analyze test results, document defects, and work closely with development teams through resolution.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Software & Hardware QA – mandatory.

• Hands-on experience writing testing documentation (STD / STP / STR) – mandatory.

• Experience working with defect management systems, preferably JIRA – mandatory.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technological challenges.

• Proven experience collaborating with development teams and technical stakeholders.

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team – mandatory.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal – mandatory.
