Real estate teams manage billions in assets, but still rely on fragmented systems, scattered documents, manual reporting and disconnected workflows. Amiio brings financial data, tenant information, contracts, documents and asset management workflows together into one AI-powered platform, helping teams make better decisions, faster.

We already work with enterprise real estate clients and are building one of the most ambitious AI products in the industry.

The Role

We are looking for our first VP Product. This is a foundational role for someone who wants to build a category-defining AI SaaS product from the ground up.

Amiio has already landed enterprise clients and proven strong market demand. Until now, product direction has been driven closely by the founders, leadership team and customers. As we enter the next stage of growth, we need a product leader who can turn that momentum into a scalable product foundation.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to manage from a distance. We need someone who can think strategically, but also get hands-on: writing PRDs, shaping workflows, speaking with customers, translating complex real estate and financial processes into clear product logic, and working directly with engineering, AI and data teams.

You will sit at the intersection of product, AI, real estate, data and company strategy. What you build here, the roadmap, the product processes, the customer discovery rhythm, the quality bar and the way we turn complex workflows into simple product experiences, will become the foundation of how Amiio builds product.

It is a rare opportunity to shape an AI-first SaaS platform at an early stage, with real customers, real complexity and real impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy and roadmap.

• Build the right product foundations for our stage, including discovery, prioritization, PRDs, delivery and release processes.

• Translate complex real estate asset management workflows into clear product requirements and user experiences.

• Write high-quality PRDs and product specifications when needed.

• Interview customers and prospects to understand their workflows, pain points and needs.

• Work closely with the CEO, CTO, engineering, AI, data and CS teams to turn product direction into execution.

• Shape how AI is embedded into the product in a useful, reliable and trusted way.

• Improve product quality by reviewing user flows, product logic, outputs and customer feedback.

• Help the wider team better understand the real estate domain and how our users work.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience building complex B2B SaaS products, ideally data-heavy, workflow-heavy or enterprise products.

• Proven ability to bring structure to an early-stage product organization without over-engineering it.

• Strong hands-on product skills, including writing PRDs, defining requirements and working closely with engineering.

• Solid understanding of AI products and how to design AI features that are reliable, useful and trusted.

• Ability to simplify complex workflows into logical, scalable product experiences.

• Strong customer discovery skills and comfort speaking with senior customers and users.

• Clear communication and ability to align leadership, product, engineering and commercial teams.

• Real estate, asset management, proptech or financial workflow experience is a strong plus.
