Join an operational research team engaged in analyzing, studying, and evaluating the performance of complex systems within the defense domain

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and understand complex research problems in the field of operational analysis

Adapt research and simulation tools to fit specific problem domains

Conduct end-to-end operational research and derive actionable insights

Present research findings and conclusions to internal and external stakeholders

Build and maintain working relationships with project teams and customers, ensuring continuous collaboration

Requirements

B.Sc. in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering

M.Sc. in one of the above fields – an advantage

Experience in operational research within the defense sector – an advantage

Military background, particularly in combat roles – an advantage

Proficiency in data analysis tools and/or development environments (e.g., Python, MATLAB) – an advantage

High level of English proficiency

Strong teamwork skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to present findings clearly
